Debra has over twenty five years of experience in technology. Prior to joining Oversee.net, she was the Chief Technology Officer at Internet Brands (INET). She served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Pacific Gas & Electric Energy Services and was Vice President of Information Systems for the Times Mirror Company. In 2001, Debra was named one of the top 25 CTOs by InfoWorld Magazine and listed in the ComputerWorld Premier 100 IT leaders. Debra has a B.A. from Loras College and a Master’s degree from George Washington University.

Scott Jarus is Chairman and CEO of Ironclad Performance Wear. Previously, he was an investor in and Chief Executive Officer of Cognition Technologies, Inc. Prior to these positions, Scott was Chief Executive Officer and President of j2 Global Communications, Inc. He also served as President and Chief Operating Officer for OnSite Access. He has 25 years of management experience in the telecommunications industry. Scott was Senior Vice President of Operations at RCN Telecom and a co-founder and Vice President of Multimedia Medical Systems. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Ironclad Performance Wear, Cognition Technologies, Global Conference Partners (FreeConference.com), and Oversee.net. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Kansas.

Robert L. Morse, Jr. is a Partner at Oak Hill Capital Partners and has been with the firm since 2001. He is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments in the Technology group. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he worked at GCC Investments, a growth private equity firm, as a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners and at Loudcloud, Inc., an internet infrastructure provider. Morse earned a B.S.E. degree, summa cum laude, in Civil Engineering and Operations Research from Princeton University and a M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.

For the past 10 years, Morgan has been a Managing Director, and is currently a Venture Partner, at Mayfield Fund. He has spent almost 30 years counseling and investing in entrepreneurs and startups. He has closed more than 750 venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings. Prior to Mayfield, Morgan was a partner at two Silicon Valley law firms, Latham and Watkins and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He holds an undergraduate degree (summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa) from Dartmouth College, a second bachelor's degree and a master's from Oxford University (Christ Church) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia. He serves on the boards of Idealab, Montgomery & Co., BlackArrow, DECA, Electric Cloud, Jobster, Slide, Snap, Tagged, Perfect Market and Zenprise.

Scott has over fifteen years experience in interactive media, lead-gen and e-commerce. Prior to joining the company, he was CEO of ThisNext, a ventured-backed Social Shopping company. He has served as Executive Vice President, Product & Marketing for IAC/Citysearch and Vice President, Marketing & Sales for the Download.com business unit of CNET Networks. Scott has held executive marketing and sales positions for the Edison School’s division of Whittle Communications and led several entrepreneurial ventures in the digital space. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Lawrence Ng is Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder of Oversee.net. In 2000 Ng and his colleague Fred Hsu used their collective expertise in online advertising, Internet traffic pattern analysis and search engine optimization to create the Company. Before starting Oversee, Ng was with Startpath.com, an Internet start-up that focused on Internet advertising and the technology and tactics that drive traffic to websites. Through prior positions at both Merrill Lynch and Smith Barney, he acquired the solid business practices that have become the linchpin of Oversee. Ng won the 2007 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2007 award for the Greater Los Angeles program in the technology category. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California (USC).

William J. Pade is a Partner at Oak Hill Capital Partners and has been with the firm since 2004. He is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments in the Technology group. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he spent 26 years at McKinsey & Company, where he was most recently a Director and the Managing Partner of McKinsey's Silicon Valley office. Prior to that, Mr. Pade was based in London, where he led McKinsey's high technology and telecom practice in Europe. He earned a B.A. degree, cum laude, from Harvard College and a M.B.A., with distinction, from Harvard Business School.

Prior to joining Oak Hill in 2002, he worked at The Blackstone Group in its mergers and acquisitions group.
