Account Manager
The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for DomainSponsor clients. This person is responsible for maintaining and growing the overall value of the client's relationship with DS. This is a performance-based role with quarterly goals that must be met or exceeded consistently and regularly.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive, professional and effective relationships/partnerships with existing clients
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of clients with a combined minimum value of $1 million quarterly.
- Work collaboratively with the Sales team to grow client accounts
- Strategize with clients and internal teams to execute efficient sales campaign
- Identify products and services that best meet client needs and presenting it to clients.
- Analyze and optimize advertising campaigns for existing clients
- Identify and solve client problems and provide solutions
- Work with the Technology and Product teams to reach client's marketing goals
- Analyze advertiser campaigns for changes and trends and manage new campaign introductions
- Perform routine reporting and maintain frequent communication with advertisers
- Provide a positive and professional representation of DomainSponsor and Oversee.net with clients, prospects and industry representatives in person and via electronic means at all times
- Provide all of the responsibilities stated above for new clients as determined by DS Sales management
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree
- 4+ years of account management or client service experience.
- Must have experience in internet advertising experience
- Proven record of successful process management and relationship development
- Strong analytical skills regarding technical, contractual and financial issues
- Proven record of successful creative solution finding
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment quickly and easily
- Multi-tasker
- Familiarity with HTML preferred
- Fluency in French, German and/or Spanish a plus
