Lawrence Ng is Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Oversee.net. In 2000 at the age of 21, Ng and his colleague Fred Hsu used their collective expertise in online advertising, Internet traffic patterns and search engine optimization to create the Company. Before starting Oversee, Ng was with Startpath.com, an Internet start-up that focused on Internet advertising and the technology and tactics that drive traffic to websites. Through positions at both Merrill Lynch and Smith Barney, he learned the solid business practices that have become the linchpin of Oversee. Ng won the 2007 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2007 award for the Greater Los Angeles program in the technology category. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California (USC).
Fred Hsu is Co-founder of Oversee.net. He served as President of Low.com, a leading consumer mortgage portal and was the Company's Chief Technology Officer. Prior to creating the Company, Hsu was Head of Systems and Network Administration at Startpath Inc. where he built an online ad network from the ground up, including all systems and network infrastructure. Hsu has also served in various engineering and product development roles at Rhythm & Hues Studios and Toyota Motor Sales, North America. He graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
Joshua Armstrong is General Counsel and Vice President of Business Affairs, Oversee.net Throughout his career, Armstrong has focused on working with technology companies in all stages of development. He has served as outside general counsel to several fast growing technology companies. Armstrong has advised technology companies in M&A transactions valued in excess of $4 billion and has represented issuers, investors and underwriters or placement agents in securities offerings totaling more than $1 billion. Prior to joining the company, he was a corporate attorney practicing at a national law firm. Armstrong has a B.A. from the University of Vermont and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
Kamran Pourzanjani is the co-founder and former President and CEO of PriceGrabber. Kamran has an extensive background in developing and operating technology companies. Before leaving in 2007, he built PriceGrabber into a leading comparison shopping company. PriceGrabber was acquired by Experian in 2005. Prior to PriceGrabber, Pourzanjani was President and CEO of Syseca Inc., an information technology, software development and system integration provider and a U.S. subsidiary of Thales Group (formerly Thomson), an $8 billion multinational corporation. He joined Syseca in 1992 and was instrumental in developing the near start-up company into a market and technology leader. Pourzanjani has a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Colorado. He was named Ernst & Young's 2005 Entrepreneur of the Year in Los Angeles and was a national finalist in the Services category in November 2006.
